Dr. Tracy A.

Dr. Tracy A. serves as the Executive Director at New Leaders Org since 2015, where responsibilities include developing and delivering professional development for various leadership programs and revising local training curricula. Prior experience includes a role as a Leadership Development Coach at National Leadership Development from 2013 to 2015, where program implementation focused on enhancing school culture and academic performance. As Assistant Superintendent for CISD from 2012 to 2015, Dr. Tracy managed 31 school principals to improve curriculum effectiveness. Earlier positions as Principal in both MCSD and MCHS involved significant improvements in student behavior and academic outcomes. Dr. Tracy holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Higher Education and has advanced degrees in Educational Leadership and Administration from Mississippi College.
