Michelle Pierre-Farid

Michelle Pierre-Farid serves as National Senior Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships and Alumni Impact at New Leaders since August 2021. Prior to this role, Michelle held positions including Chief of Schools at LEARN Charter School Network and Chief Academic Officer at Cleveland Metropolitan School District. Experience also includes leadership roles at New Leaders for New Schools, Friendship Public Charter School, and District of Columbia Public Schools, where Michelle was Principal of Tyler Elementary School. Educational qualifications include an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania and multiple degrees in education and leadership from Trinity Washington University, Towson University, and Adelphi University.
