Jen Vondenbrink

Jen Vondenbrink is an experienced corporate trainer and team lead currently managing the Content and Facilitation Team at New Level Work, focusing on leadership training programs. With a background as a corporate trainer at BetterManager and a diverse range of roles, including instructional design and business consulting, Jen develops engaging workshops aimed at enhancing communication, strategic thinking, and team development. Jen also provides training for Rhode Island businesses through the University of Rhode Island and has held significant positions within the Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce, including President and Vice President of Membership. Jen's earlier experience includes project management and training roles at Starbucks Coffee Company. Jen holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Babson College and has additional educational qualifications from Wells College.
