Tammy Spivey

Tammy Spivey is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as an Onboarding & Recruitment Specialist at Lexington Clinic since November 2023. Prior to this role, Tammy held the position of HR Manager at Dermatology Associates of Kentucky, PSC from July 2017 to November 2023 and served as HR Director at the Child Care Council of KY from June 1998 to July 2017. Tammy began a career in management as the Director at Faith Lutheran Child Care from 1996 to 1998.
