Andrew Crossley is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sports management and education. As the Executive Director of New Life Furniture Bank of MA since January 2025, Andrew previously held key leadership roles at Boston Scores, including Deputy Director and Chief Development Officer, where a $17 million capital campaign was successfully directed for new facilities. Additional experience includes lecturing at the University of Massachusetts Lowell and Endicott College, founding the New England chapter of Positive Coaching Alliance, and managing operations for the Boston Breakers franchise in Women's Professional Soccer, along with roles at Brockton Rox and Boston Breakers. Andrew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Russian Language and International Studies from Emory University.
