Chris Gabb

Chris Gabb has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. Chris began their career at Tishman Construction Company in 2008, where they held various positions including Assistant Project Manager on the One World Trade Center project. Chris'sresponsibilities included negotiating design changes, processing change orders, coordinating construction activities, and managing project logistics. In 2011, Chris joined New Line Structures & Development LLC as a Project Director and later became Vice President, Project Executive. Chris'snotable projects include the renovation of Terminal Warehouse and the construction of 15 Beekman Street and 85 Jay Street. Throughout their career, Chris has gained expertise in residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

Chris Gabb completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech, starting in 2001 and finishing in 2006. Following this, in 2006-2007, they pursued a Masters of Science in Building/Construction Science and Management from Virginia Tech. Additionally, they have obtained a certification as a LEED AP from the U.S. Green Building Council, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
