Richard Cotter

Richard Cotter was appointed to the Board as Non-Executive Director in May 2019. Richard chairs a number of private companies including American Golf, Grace Cole Ltd, Jollyes and Outdoor Holdings. His other recent Non-Executive work has included chairing Jack Wolfskin, a global apparel and equipment company. In his executive career, Richard was Chief Executive Officer of Snow and Rock Group from 2013 until its sale to PAI Partners in 2015, having previously been with Pentland Group serving as Brand President and Global Chief Executive Officer of Berghaus and Managing Director of Brasher Boot Company. In his earlier career, he held senior executive roles in General Management, Buying and Sales with AGA Foodservice Group, Andrew Mitchell Group, Head Sports, Beales and House of Fraser.
