Joe Falcao

Joseph F. is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as EVP and CFO at Orva, Joseph has played a pivotal role in scaling the company alongside the founding family and private equity partners. As an angel investor with Walnut Ventures and TiE Global Angels, Joseph actively supports seed and early-stage technology-based companies. Joseph's previous experience includes significant positions such as SVP of Finance & Treasurer at Thrasio, CFO at Microline Surgical, and CFO & General Manager at McCue Corporation, demonstrating a strong track record in financial transformation, strategic planning, and operational optimization. Joseph holds an Advanced Management degree from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, among other educational qualifications. Additionally, Joseph serves on the board of the MIT Sloan CFO Summit, contributing to the advancement of financial executives nationally.
