Currently serving as Interim CEO and C-Suite Advisor at Rittscher Results LLC since April 2020, Rittscher previously held the position of Strategic Advisor, President, and CEO at the Center for Women & Enterprise from October 2008 to April 2020, where leadership encompassed supporting entrepreneurial initiatives for thousands annually. Earlier career highlights include roles as Director of Executive and Volunteer Development at YMCA of the USA, President and CEO of the YMCA of Greater Providence serving 87,000 individuals, and President and CEO of a five-branch YMCA. Rittscher holds a Master of Science in Organizational Management and Leadership from Springfield College and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Welfare from California State University, Chico.
