Rayna Falls

Rayna Falls is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at New Mather Metals, Inc. since August 2017, Rayna has previously held the role of Human Resources/Safety Manager at Sumitomo Electric Wiring Systems from March 2013 to August 2017, and contributed to the Human Resources department at Georgia-Pacific LLC from October 1996 to March 2013. Rayna holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Mid-Continent University, with additional educational credentials from Western Kentucky University.
