Melanie Velasquez

Melanie Velasquez has a background in business development and commercial lending with experience in various banking institutions. Melanie currently holds the title of Senior Vice President and Director of Business Development at New Mexico Bank & Trust. Prior to this, Melanie worked at Bank of the West as the New Mexico Team Lead Vice President Principal Business Banking RM and Vice President Sr. Lead Relationship Manager. Melanie also served as Vice President Commercial Lender at First Citizens Bank and Assistant Vice President Business Banking at Wells Fargo. Melanie earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism & Mass Communication from The University of New Mexico.
