Jonathan Shoemaker

Jon Shoemaker serves as Vice President and General Manager of AMRI Albuquerque, a global contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO), which provides services and products to biopharmaceutical customers from R&D through commercial manufacturing. Shoemaker has almost three decades of industry experience. He joined AMRI in 2019. Under Jon’s leadership, AMRI Albuquerque has grown significantly, hiring more than 200 people in 2020, and was selected by AstraZeneca to support the manufacture of its COVID-19 vaccine. In addition, AMRI Albuquerque recently was approved for inclusion in the BARDA CDMO network, providing the opportunity to support other critical vaccine and therapeutic requirements. He earned a BSBA from Ashland University and his MBA from Loyola University, Chicago.
