Julia Ruetten serves as the Director of Government Regulation and Reimbursement Policy at the New Mexico Hospital Association since March 2022 and is also the Vice Chair of the Healthcare Policy Committee at the New Mexico Chamber of Commerce. Prior roles include Manager of Government Relations and Public Policy at Presbyterian Healthcare Services and various positions at the New Mexico Governor's Office, where responsibilities ranged from Exempt Pay Plan Director to Deputy Director of Boards & Commissions. Julia's early career involved roles such as Deputy Director & Director of Field Operations for New Mexico Victory 2010 and Regional Field Manager for the Republican Party of Minnesota. Julia holds a Master of Studies in Law from The University of New Mexico School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Communication from the University of Northern Iowa.
