Mark Curtin

Mark Curtin has extensive experience in process improvement and project management. Mark has worked in various roles such as Lead Business Analyst, Project Manager, Business Process Specialist Lead, and Manager of Continuous Process Improvement. Mark's work has included Lean Six Sigma initiatives, process redesign, and efficiency improvements in companies such as New Mexico Department of Health, US Foods, Experian, and Molina Healthcare. Through coaching, mentoring, and training, Mark has successfully led teams and implemented projects focused on Covid-19 related initiatives, customer support transformations, and global operational excellence.
