Kevin Olinger

Kevin Olinger is currently the Transit Bureau Chief at the New Mexico Department of Transportation. Prior to this role, Kevin served as Deputy Director of the Transportation Division at the NYC Department of City Planning for over 15 years. Kevin also held various management analyst positions at the New Mexico Department of Transportation and the State Records Center and Archives. Kevin started their career as a Principal Planner at the Atlanta Regional Commission. Kevin holds a Master of City Planning from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of City Planning from the University of Virginia.
