Neto Santillano is a Project Development Engineer at the New Mexico Department of Transportation. Prior to this, Neto gained experience as a Teaching and Research Assistant at New Mexico State University in the Civil Engineering Department, focusing on water resources. Neto's work included teaching fluid mechanics laboratory, mentoring students in various research programs, and conducting research on riparian vegetation consumptive water use. With a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Civil Engineering from New Mexico State University, Neto also worked as a Project Engineer at Wilson & Company, Inc., where Neto was involved in major projects such as the reconstruction of US 70 in Portales, New Mexico.
