Ricky Serna

Ricky Serna has a range of experience in various roles within different organizations, with a background in education and leadership. Currently serving as Cabinet Secretary at the New Mexico Department of Transportation, previous positions include Acting Director at NM State Personnel Office, Acting Cabinet Secretary at NM Department of Workforce Solutions, Deputy Cabinet Secretary at New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions, Interim President at Luna Community College, Corporate Trainer at SCDC, VP for Advancement at Northern New Mexico College, and various roles at New Mexico Higher Education Department and Eastern New Mexico University. Ricky holds a MA in Educational Leadership from New Mexico Highlands University.
