Joshua Nelson

Joshua Nelson is a strategic operations manager at the New Mexico Health Care Authority, having joined the organization in November 2023. Prior to this role, Joshua spent 14 years at Eagle Adventure Camps, where various positions included executive assistant, program director, and program director assistant, overseeing day camp operations and managing event logistics. Joshua’s experience in administrative support began at Sam Houston State University as an office administrative assistant, and included roles in sales and child care. Joshua holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Grand Canyon University, alongside degrees in registered nursing and English education.
