Niki Kozlowski

Niki Kozlowski serves as the Income Support Division Director at the New Mexico Human Services Department since May 2024. Niki also served as Director, Chief of Staff, focusing on performance and engagement strategy for the VP of the West Region, and as Associate Director of Operations, where talents were directed toward managing key metrics and frontline engagement. Other roles included Sr. Resource Planning Manager, emphasizing customer relationships and resource planning within regional contact centers, and entry-level positions that laid the foundation for a robust career in workforce planning and customer support.
