The Operations and Support Team at New Mexico Piñon Coffee ensures seamless production and distribution processes, maintains high-quality standards, and supports the efficient functioning of the company. The Shipping Lead oversees order fulfillment and distribution logistics, the Quality Assurance Officer guarantees that each batch of coffee meets the company’s quality standards, the Maintenance Engineer ensures that all equipment is in optimal working condition, and the Production Team handles the roasting and packaging of our coffee products.
