Jill Geltmaker

Jill Geltmaker is currently the Secretary & Treasurer at New Mexico Solutions. Jill has a long history of working in finance and strategic initiatives for various companies. From 2012 to 2013, they were the Chief of Strategic Direction and Development/Chief Operating Officer for the International Institute of New England. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing comprehensive and coordinated service delivery to nearly 1,000 refugees, asylees, immigrants and survivors of human trafficking. Jill also restructured operational sites and teams to increase accountability and better define reporting lines to improve outcomes.

In 2016, Jill became the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives for Prosperity Works. In this role, they were responsible for aligning community needs and interests for services (housing, employment, adult education, youth mentorship, behavioral health, asset development, and comprehensive case management) to newcomer populations. Jill also developed program design and budgets for service delivery and expansion.

Most recently, Jill served as the Chief Financial Officer for Homewise Inc. from July 2019 to March 2021. In this role, they were responsible for the financial planning and analysis for the company.
