Hailee Thompson

Hailee Thompson is a Petroleum Engineering Specialist - Advanced at the New Mexico State Land Office since August 2024, with prior experience in the same role at the Energy, Minerals and Natural Resources Department of New Mexico, where responsibilities included assisting with the remediation of orphan wells and permitting new wells. Hailee's background also includes significant experience in UX design, having served as Lead UX Designer at Digitalage Inc., where focus was on designing a decentralized social media platform and developing user personas.
