Our services include recreation, rehabilitation, transportation, therapy, employment support, crisis housing, and care coordination. We work hand in hand with children and adults with complex medical needs, their families, expert medical providers, and compassionate, qualified staff to deliver the highest quality care tailored to each individual. We provide individualized, reliable, comprehensive, and safe care that empowers children and adults with complex medical needs, supporting their active presence and meaningful participation in their homes and communities.
