David Roybal

David Roybal is currently a Board Member at the New Mexico Technology Council. Prior to this, they served as Vice-Chair Board Of Trustees at the New Mexico Public Employees Retirement Association from March 2019 to August 2021. David has also worked as Budget/Grant Director at the New Mexico Environment Department from January 2015 to August 2016, and as Bureau Financial Manager at the New Mexico Environment Department from December 2013 to January 2015. In addition, David served as Financial Manager at the New Mexico Department of Health from September 2011 to December 2013, and as Chief Financial Officer / Administrative Services Division Director / Budget & Grants Director at the New Mexico Dept. of Workforce Solutions from August 2016 to August 2021. David began their career as a Budget Analyst at the State of New Mexico in July 2008, where they worked until September 2011.

David Roybal has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from The University of New Mexico. David also has certification from MTX Group in MTX MILE: A Leadership Development Program.
