Santosh Yadav

Santosh Yadav, Ph.D., P.E., is an accomplished Design Engineer at New Millennium, specializing in structural designs of joists and steel decking per industry standards. With extensive research experience as a Postdoctoral Researcher at 3SR Grenoble, Santosh has contributed to multiple projects involving rammed earth structures and data analysis using advanced statistical methods. Santosh's prior roles include Chief Technical Officer at Steadfast Nepal, where expertise in structural design and project management facilitated significant construction projects, and various engineering positions that strengthened collaboration and innovation skills. Academically, Santosh holds a Ph.D. in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, multiple master's degrees in Earthquake Engineering and Geomechanics, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Hydropower.
