Dariush Franczak

Dariush Franczak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Geschäftsführer at TechNow since May 2023, Dariush specializes in tailored AI solutions for mid-sized companies. Dariush is also the CEO and Co-Founder of Hidden Smiles, focusing on scaling company culture within distributed workforces. Additionally, Dariush contributes as a Community Member for both New Mittelstand and 2hearts, promoting sustainable innovation and cultural diversity in the tech sector. Dariush previously participated in the Bosch Startup Harbour as an Entrepreneur, supporting early-stage startups, and has gained valuable experience through internships at reputable firms including MHP – A Porsche Company, KPMG, and Daimler AG. Dariush holds a Master of Science in Management of Innovation and Business Development from Copenhagen Business School, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Potsdam, and completed a study semester at San Diego State University.
