Thordis Treiber

Thordis Treiber is a professional specializing in strategic organizational and personal development, currently operating under their own consultancy since January 2022. With a focus on fostering developmental programs for organizations and individuals undergoing founding, maturation, and transformation phases, Thordis Treiber emphasizes values and narrative work to enhance corporate identity and culture. Involved as a co-founder of New Mittelstand since November 2020, Thordis aims to transform the medium-sized business sector sustainably and digitally. Prior experience includes strategic development at Journey 2 Creation, organizational and personnel development at KPMG Deutschland, and research roles at Freie Universität Berlin and the Max Planck Institute for the History of Science. Thordis holds a Diplom in Philosophy and Law from Freie Universität Berlin, with further studies at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and Université de Neuchâtel.
