Beatriz Morrow has extensive work experience in various roles spanning different industries. Beatriz began their career in 2008, working in the credentials department for the AMPAS organization, where they managed the process of creating badges for event personnel. From 2008 to 2012, Beatriz held multiple positions within this department.

In 2010, Beatriz worked as a production coordinator for Dak Rasheta Productions and as a production secretary for The Strike Productions. Beatriz also served as an assistant production office coordinator for Crazy Eyes, LLC during the same year.

From 2012 to 2021, Beatriz joined d'aprile properties as a facilities manager, managing multiple locations, handling communication with landlords and maintenance vendors, and monitoring utilities and expenses. During this time, they also took on roles such as director of operations and accounting associate, where they managed personnel, implemented new services, and handled financial responsibilities.

In 2022, Beatriz worked as the director of facilities for 1732 Consulting, providing facility consultation to various business clients. Beatriz also continued to provide property management to d'aprile equity partners.

Most recently, in 2023, Beatriz joined New Moms as an IT operations manager.

Beatriz Morrow earned their Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Film from the University of Central Florida, where they studied from 2002 to 2008. In 2007, they briefly attended Universidad de Alcalá, focusing on Spanish.
