Joe Christman

Joe Christman has extensive experience in the field of artificial intelligence, currently serving as an Operating Partner for AI at New Mountain Capital since March 2025. Prior to this role, Joe held the position of Vice President, AI at Chicago Pacific Founders from September 2021 to March 2025. Joe's earlier career includes significant roles at McKinsey & Company and QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey as an Expert and Principal, respectively, from June 2016 to September 2021. Additional experience includes serving as a Program Manager at Nasdaq for a brief period, and as a Senior Consultant at Publicis Sapient. Joe began a career in technology as a Product Manager at Cengage Group and as a Business Analyst at Nokia. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Bryant University, completed in 2005.
