Aliah Fahad al-Duraib

Aliah Fahad Al-Duraib, MSc, CBI, currently serves as the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at New Murabba, a subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund focused on developing a modern downtown in Riyadh in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Saudi Research and Media Group and Talent Acquisition Manager at ROSHN, both organizations committed to significant contributions to society and development. Al-Duraib has also worked as a Senior Specialist in Recruitment for the Public Investment Fund and held positions at Riyad Bank and KPMG. Educational qualifications encompass a Master's in Business Administration from Dublin City University, a Bachelor's in Human Resources Management from Dar Al Uloom University, and ongoing leadership training at INSEAD.
