Rusty Goodsell

Rusty Goodsell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rusty is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of New Orchard, a leading provider of organizational change software. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Sales - North at C Spire (Formerly TekLinks), where they managed a wide range of IT solutions. Rusty also held the position of Director of Sales - North at TekLinks, where they navigated a company merger and led a team of sales managers. Before that, they served as the Vice President of Business Development at Guidant Partners, where they advised C-level clientele and improved internal processes. Earlier in their career, Rusty held various sales and marketing roles at AT&T, Thrift Alliance, Kenny Pipe and Supply, and the International Foundation and Youth Corp, where they traveled internationally and collaborated with government leaders.

Rusty Goodsell completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications at Christopher Newport University. Rusty pursued their education there from 1999 to 2003.
