Mr. Denny Lee has served as our independent director since September 2006. Mr. Lee has served as a director of NetEase, Inc. (Nasdaq: NTES; HKEX: 9999), formerly known as Netease.com, Inc., a leading internet technology company in China listed on Nasdaq and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, since April 2002. He was the chief financial officer of NetEase.com, Inc. from April 2002 to June 2007 and its financial controller from November 2001 to April 2002. Prior to joining NetEase.com, Inc. in 2001, Mr. Lee worked in the Hong Kong office of KPMG for more than ten years. Mr. Lee currently serves as the chairman of the audit committees and an independent non-executive director on the boards of Concord Medical Services Holdings Limited (NYSE: CCM), Jianpu Technology Inc. (NYSE: JT) and NIO Inc. (NYSE: NIO), which are listed on the New York Stock Exchange, and as an independent non-executive director on the board of China Metal Resources Utilization Limited (HKEX: 1636), which is listed on the main board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Mr. Lee graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University majoring in accounting and is a member of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
