Mary Degnan

Mary Degnan is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in graphic design and project management. Currently serving as the Creative Design Manager at the New Orleans Museum of Art since May 2015, Mary oversees various design initiatives, including NOMA Magazine, media promotions, exhibition didactics, and social media graphics, while ensuring brand consistency and managing project costs. Prior to this role, Mary worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer at Chico Designs, LLC, focusing on logo and web design, and served as the Publications Manager at Loyola University New Orleans, where responsibilities included art direction and collaboration across various teams. Mary holds a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications with a concentration in Advertising/Graphic Design, both from Loyola University New Orleans.
