Linley Seip Fenlason

Linley Seip Fenlason serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Retention for both the New Orleans Saints and New Orleans Pelicans since October 2021, having previously held the role of Senior Talent Acquisition and Retention Manager. Responsibilities include leading a team, advising leadership on staffing needs, managing talent acquisition and onboarding strategies, and overseeing performance review cycles. Prior experience includes roles at Live Nation Entertainment as Talent Acquisition and Retention Manager and Human Resources Generalist, and at the National Football League as Senior Coordinator of HR Operations. Educationally, Linley holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Eastern Connecticut State University.
