David Manning

David "Storm" Manning is an experienced public address announcer and entrepreneur with a diverse background in entertainment and broadcasting. Currently serving as the PA Announcer for the NBA's New Orleans Pelicans since November 2024 and as the PA Announcer/Game Day Host for the New Orleans Saints since September 2019, Manning has been instrumental in enhancing the game day experience through player introductions and fan interactions. Alongside these roles, Manning operates Omega Sound & Entertainment, an award-winning mobile DJ and production company, while also co-owning FireStorm Studios, focusing on multimedia and voice talent. Previously, Manning held various on-air positions, including on Northshore Broadcasting's radio stations and WUUU Radio. Manning holds a degree from Southeastern Louisiana University, completed in 2004.
