Kelly Paul is the Vice President of Marketing Operations at New Path Digital. Kelly has over 9 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on online marketing for educational institutions.

Kelly began their career in 2013 as the Senior Director of Marketing at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. In this role, they were responsible for leading the development of innovative and effective marketing campaigns that aligned with the values and standards of the UNC Greensboro brand. Kelly also oversaw the creative services team, which handled web and graphic design, writing services, and multi-media.

In 2018, Kelly was promoted to Associate Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management and Marketing. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing structured go-to-market processes that included market research, audience/product analysis, creative concept development, media planning and execution, and monitoring and evaluation. Kelly also worked with various (Associate) Deans, academic departments, and programs to prioritize and plan marketing efforts against the UNC Greensboro brand and growth opportunities in alignment with the university’s values.

In 2020, Kelly left UNC Greensboro to join New Path Digital as the Vice President of Marketing Operations. In this role, they are responsible for leading the company’s marketing efforts and overseeing the creative team.

Kelly Paul has a graduate certificate in technology and communication from the School of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Kelly has a bachelor's degree in communications and public relations from East Carolina University. Kelly is certified by HubSpot Academy in growth-driven design and HubSpot Sales Software, and they are certified by HubSpot in Hubspot Marketing Software Certified. Kelly is also certified by Gallup in Gallup Trained Engagement Champion.

They are on a team with Margaret Bell - Media Director, Elizabeth Yocum - Account Executive, and Emily Phillips - Digital Project Manager. Their manager is Christopher Whitesell, President & Founder.
