Wanda Hawkins has over three decades of experience in the banking industry. Wanda began their career at First Tennessee Bank in 1989 as a Client Specialist, where they handled commercial loan transactions, residential loan processing, and resolved customer issues. Wanda also prepared internal reports and collaborated with various professionals in the industry. In 2008, they joined Commercial Bank as a Portfolio Specialist Commercial Lending, where they continued to assist customers with loan transactions and resolve issues. Wanda worked closely with appraisers, CPAs, surveyors, and attorney offices. In 2013, they moved to Citizens Bank New Tazewell, Tennessee, as a Loan Administrator/Portfolio Manager and continued to excel in their role, managing commercial loan transactions and addressing customer concerns. Finally, in 2018, they joined New Peoples Bank, Inc. as an Assistant Vice President and Loan Documentation Manager, overseeing loan processing and documentation for commercial and consumer loans, providing guidance to the lending team, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of loan packages.

Wanda Hawkins obtained their Associates Degree in Business Administration from Northeast State Community College from 2014 to 2017. Wanda then pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA at King University from 2018 to 2020.
