Katherine Blum

Katherine Blum has extensive work experience in healthcare leadership roles. Katherine most recently served as the Health and Wellness Director at New Perspective Senior Living since December 2021. Before that, they worked as the Vice President of Population Health & Care Management at Complete Care Management Partners, LLC from December 2020 to August 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director of Integrated Care Management at NextLevel Health from August 2019 to December 2020. Katherine also held positions at Northwestern Medicine, where they worked as the Assistant Director and Manager of Clinical Operations for Neonatal & Perinatal Services from April 2016 to March 2019. Katherine began their career at Advocate Health Care, where they worked as an RN and held various leadership positions, including Clinician III- Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Charge Nurse and Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation Specialist, from May 1998 to April 2016.

Katherine Blum holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Northern Illinois University, which they obtained from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Nursing and Business Administration from the same university, from 1996 to 2000. Katherine also attended St. Viator High School from 1992 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, Katherine Blum has obtained certifications such as Registered Professional Nurse and FEMA certifications related to the Incident Command System (ICS) for healthcare organizations.
