Leah Kim

Leah joined the New Perspective team in 2020. She began her career as a nurse caring for seniors in memory care and has 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Leah went on to obtain her bachelor’s degree from the University of Northwestern St. Paul in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations and then her master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Webster University.

As a child, Leah volunteered at skilled nursing facilities where she played music for residents. These experiences helped her discover her desire to bring joy to seniors’ lives. Leah is eager to grow the community and help New Perspective residents live life on purpose.
