Rachel Brandt

Rachel’s journey in senior care started in high school, where she volunteered in activities and worked in housekeeping and laundry, later becoming a Wellness Aide & CNA. Her experience spans from frontline care to operations in assisted living in Minnesota and North Dakota. Outside of healthcare, Rachel has worked in marketing, program development and sales. She studied aging at Ridgewater College and holds an Activity Director Certification.

Rachel graduated from Chisholm High School and Hibbing Community & Technical College. Her journey with New Perspective started in 2019 at the West Fargo, ND community, supporting others as an Assisted Living Coordinator, Life Engagement Director, and Business Office Manager. Rachel feels honored to be a part of an incredible team at Cloquet-Barnum as Director of Sales, with a special connection to the area and the Iron Range. She loves to cook, dance, laugh, fish, spend time with her family, sing, write, and above all, help others.
