Teri Larson

Teri Larson possesses extensive experience in nursing and healthcare management, currently serving as RN, Sr. Director Clinical Services at New Perspective Senior Living since October 2015. Prior roles include Regional Director of Nursing and RN Administrator at Keystone Communities, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing the budget and daily operations of a 107-apartment assisted living facility, managing care for 115 residents, and leading a team of over 40 employees. Teri also held the position of RN Nurse Manager at Arbors at Ridges, supervising nursing care for 40 residents and conducting staff training. Earlier experience includes work as a Home Care RN and Public Health Nurse at Le Sueur County Public Health Nursing Service, providing skilled nursing visits and supporting nursing assistants. Teri earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Winona State University between 1982 and 1986.
