Taylor Hicks

Taylor Hicks is a Senior Associate at New Profit since July 2021, focusing on the Early Childhood Support Organizations Initiative, where responsibilities include service delivery design, business model evaluation, impact monitoring, and leading learning sessions. Prior to this role, Taylor worked as an Infant/Toddler Teacher at Montessori School Of Leesburg, implementing lesson plans that emphasized social-emotional learning and fostering a positive classroom environment. Additionally, Taylor served as Program Lead at the Maxine Platzer Lynn Women's Center at the University of Virginia, where an annual workshop on Black womanhood in college was developed and staff mentorship was provided. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Arts in American/United States Studies from the University of Virginia, earned in 2019.
