Meredith Damboise

Meredith Damboise is the Chief Quality and Compliance Officer at New Reach, Inc. She joined New Reach in 2013 and has over 25 years of experience in the fields of quality assurance, compliance, contract management, program evaluation, research design, survey design, and statistical analyses. At New Reach, Meredith oversees the collection and analyses of all agency program data, leads corporate compliance and risk assessment activities, and is responsible for ensuring agency adherence to funder and accreditation standards. She is the co-chair of the statewide Reaching Home Data and Accountability workgroup and is the Greater New Haven representative on the statewide Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) Steering Committee. Meredith holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Master’s degree in General Experimental Psychology with a focus on quantitative methods, both from the University of Hartford.
