In-Young Chang

In-Young Chang currently serves as the VP of Brand Experience & Communications at New Relic since December 2024 and is a Co-Founder of Good Ship, where expertise encompasses comprehensive brand building, identity creation, narrative development, experiential design, and event production. Previously, In-Young held various positions at Twilio Inc., including Senior Director and Director of Brand Experience, contributing to significant brand initiatives from November 2018 to September 2023. Earlier career experiences include roles at Ansible as Director of Production and Associate Director of Production, overseeing project lifecycles and managing production teams, as well as a managerial role at Publicis Modem focused on project execution and digital media campaigns. In-Young holds an MSc in International Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA in Political Science and English from Barnard College.
