Stephanie Ruocco has extensive experience as an Executive Assistant across various industries, currently serving in two high-level roles at Proofpoint since August 2016, supporting the SVP of Advanced Technologies and the EVP + GM of Information Protection, Cloud Security & Compliance. Prior to this, Stephanie held the position of Executive Assistant to the CEO at ObserveIT, which was acquired by Proofpoint, and served as Executive Assistant to the SVP of Global Sales & Services at SevOne, Inc. Additionally, Stephanie's career includes roles at First Act, Inc., Leading Market Technologies, RedCoat Publishing, Audit Integrity, and CrossBorder Solutions, demonstrating a strong background in organizational support and management. Stephanie holds an Associate Degree in Organization Management from Columbia Greene College.
