Sean McQuay

Sean McQuay is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in UI development and software management. Currently at New Resources Consulting since September 2022, Sean previously served as UI Development Practice Lead at Saggezza, where responsibilities included building and leading US-based UI teams and initiatives. Sean also held various managerial roles at Saggezza, overseeing teams and directly communicating with high-level executives to translate business requirements. Prior experience includes positions at Securus Technologies, Luminant, and internships in engineering and controls, showcasing a solid foundation in front-end development, UX design, and project management. Sean holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology and studied at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
