Joshua D. Cook

Joshua D. Cook, P.E., PMP, is an accomplished engineering manager currently leading New River Engineers’ newest office in Morgantown, WV, since January 2023. Prior to this role, Joshua served as Project Manager at The EADS Group in West Virginia, where responsibilities included client representation, invoicing, and budgeting. From 2015 to 2019, Joshua was a Project Manager/Engineer at Dominion Energy, ensuring project timelines, budgets, and safety standards were met. As a Project Engineer at Arch Coal, Inc., Joshua managed significant environmental projects, including bioreactor design, treatment systems, and dewatering solutions while maintaining compliance through various environmental audits. Earlier, Joshua gained experience as a Research Laboratory Assistant at West Virginia University Institute of Technology. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Engineering with an environmental emphasis from Marshall University.
