Raymond Hickey Eit

Raymond Hickey, EIT, is a Junior Civil Engineer currently employed by the City of New Rochelle, with previous experience in similar roles at the Town of East Fishkill. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Engineer at Ground/Water Treatment & Technology, LLC, where responsibilities encompassed designing dewatering systems, client communication, estimating, and project management. Additionally, Raymond worked as an Assistant Construction Manager at Waters & Bugbee, Inc., handling administrative tasks and supervising construction operations. Early experiences include internships with the New Jersey Department of Transportation and L3Harris Technologies. Raymond holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from SUNY Polytechnic Institute.
