Roisin Ponkshe is an experienced professional in economic development and legal practice, currently serving as the IDA Economic Development Manager for the City of New Rochelle since January 2017. Prior to this role, Roisin worked as an Associate Attorney at Silverberg Zalantis LLP from August 2015 to January 2017 and held various editorial and research positions at the American Planning Association and Pace Environmental Law Review. Educationally, Roisin obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) with an Environmental Law Certificate and a concentration in Real Estate and Land Use Practice from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies/Affairs and Environmental Studies from Fordham University.
