Franco Di Clemente has a diverse range of work experience. Franco is currently the Head of eCommerce and International Development at New Roots Herbal Inc. Franco also worked as a Senior Consultant at 2D Marketing from 2014 to 2017. In 2013, they were the Marketing Manager, Surgical Solutions at Covidien. Before that, they held multiple positions at Logi-D, including Director of Account Management and Regional Director. Franco also worked as a Consultant at Diau Consulting in 2011. Earlier in their career, they were the Senior Director of Sales and Marketing, International at Lantheus Medical Imaging and the Business Unit Director at Bristol-Myers Squibb/Lantheus Medical Imaging. Franco began their career as a Senior Product Manager at Bristol-Myers Squibb/Convatec.

Franco Di Clemente completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Concordia University in 1986. Franco then went on to pursue a Master of Arts degree in Economics from the same university, which they completed in 1989.
